Many sites are completely free, and do not offer peer to peer sharing, so they are great. But you always have to be careful abiut viruses. Free Music Downloads - Dang! These names are awesome! Can't wait for their next briliant name!! This site is also a great site. Same features as the others, except you can see a directory on the front page. It looks a little more easy to navigate. http://www.mp3.com/free-music/

iMesh - Finally! An original name! iMesh has many songs, and the same features as the above three, but it is like LimeWire. It is a Peer to Peer software, like LimeWire. It checks for Trojans and Spyware and viruses, but anyone sneaky enough can outsmart the company. Personally, I do not like P2P Software, but you can try it if you like. http://www.imesh.com/

EZ-Tracks - This looks like a great site. It has good navigation, music stats(top 15,) and you can get ringtones and codes for MySpace.You can even get music videos! It really looks awesome. http://www.ez-tracks.com/

Air MP3 - This site has charts and stats also, but you have to search song title or artist; no navigation. So, kindof bad when you look at that. But on the plus side, it has recent seaches by other people, most searched, etc.http://www.airmp3.net/

MPFree - This looks like a very user-friendly site. As soon as you go to the front page, an actual human icon shows up and tells you what to do. Looks like a good site. http://www.mpfree.com/registration_b.asp

So, there you go! There are some good music sites. Personally, I would recommend my own downloading method (check it out on Associated Content on this page) but these sites also work great. From what I saw, I would recommend EZ-Tracks and MPFree. Now, go get some music for your empty iPod!
